Electrical help

Wats up guys I have a 95 integra
Randomly little electrical stuff goes off sometimes
Sometimes one headlight will be out,
Other times a taillight will be out
Or sometimes my wipers will stop working
I'm guessing maybe a short somewhere?
Please help, anything will be appreciated
