Most likely did, I got a wreckless drivin 75 in a 30 when i first got my licence being a dumb ass kid... Long story short, i took a ride to the police station was held for a couple hours, left on a PTA and it got dropped in court. But on the other hand if i was this dude and got clocked going that fast id be in the breakdown lane and off the first exit before that cop was even in his car.

I know exactly where that is. Cops stay all along that Port Jervis/Matamoras NY/NJ/PA border.

And honestly, if he was right on that border....I'd ride I-84 all the way up to Milford, PA and disappear. That is the middle of nowhere.

But those exits are far from each other. Cop cars aren't slow.
