there should be a secondary fuse under your hood in the fuse panel labelled "back up"
this might not be causing the problem... but not many people know that this fuse is a secondary fuse for your radio, clock etc.

I tried that one, it was good, it was labeled back (radio), under dash and back of radio fuses are good too

Sometime thru the connector or to the frame around the radio

Is it possible to do that with a voltmeter? If I don't have power, what should I check?

yes u can check the wires for voltage with a voltmeter..accesory wire should have power when u turn the key to the acc position.the 12 volt wire should always have power..just test the radio liked mentioned earlier..remove it from the car and just tap the red and yellow wires together and connect them to the + side of a car battery and the black wire to the - side of the car battery.if the radio doesnt turn on,check for a radio fuse.if its not blown, your radio is shot.
