I have a 96 civic hatch that has to go thru ct dmv inspection becuase the car was stolen, can someone please let me kno whats the process. Call me at 860 478 7796 I really need to get this car on back on the road. Plz helppppppp

Car has to be towed to weathersfeild office and you much have paper work and proof of all repairs and original insurance paper work and then have it inspected

Can having CEL on would cause it fail
Needing a alinement would it fail
Or having tints on the rear side window or trunk window would it fail

any thing not stock will give you the risk to fail if the test that also. and the cel needs to be off. as far a alingment i dont htink they will test it but if it looks out of wack they might say some thing about it.

It does not matter what reason you go to the inspection center for, they will check your tints. They did it to my Infiniti when I went for a fix it ticket for my headlights. They are a bunch of cocksuckers.

I dont have tints in the front just the rear and its a hatchy
