Chalk board paint?

Is there actual chalk board paint or is it just flat black paint the people draw on with chalk been wanting to do this for awhile now and can't find anything on it lmk what you know.

lol idk kinda fishy :confused: but its a chalkboard paint i used to work in a hardware store and we had it so check there i think its by rustoleum
