my brother is good with it..you basically want to clean the carb right and have it reassembled?

No he wants the sync in and tuned it requires a sync tool to do it right

Well what I'm doing is going to take the carbs and clean them, but I need help adjusting all the screws and float height adjustment and air fuel screw to get the bike running in perfect spec. I have a sync tool and can sync it but I just need help adjusting screws.
