Failed Emission.Any place where I can go?

My car has a straight down pipe.I went for emission and readiness almost everything was "Ready" even the catalyst said Ready.Everything when good until the guy looked under and didnt see a cat so he failed me.Visual inspection failed. Is there any place where I can go to pass?
