I was gonna hit up Admin, however, I think everyone should know what the deal is...

So, after 5 years on this site, we can only bump our threads ONCE PER DAY now?

I think, and i'm sure others would agree, that from 10x per hour, to once per day is excessive. Why does it matter how many times I keep my thread up top? After 5 years, I want my stuff on the main page as often as possible, therefore it gets sold faster than Suzie, who has been a member for 6 months.

I, along with many others, frequent this site on a day to day basis. Limiting "bumps" to one per day is outrageous.

Also.... Myself along with many others bump each others threads. Either because they have looked out on my threads, or vice versa. Or to get the word out that that IF YOU VIEW, YOU BUMP!


Can someone other than Brad explain this whole new set of rules, and why you all decided to change shit after 5 years of what has been operating semi-smoothly, to this?

Yea one a day is pretty excessive. I think it's reasonable to bump your thread once it moves to the 2nd page of whatever section it's in

Brad changed the rules because some people go over kill with there bumps and it was getting out of hand. When some one clicks the "today's post" tab and it come up with 5 pages all with the same user just bumping any and all posts just for the hell of it that's when it get out of hand. Feel free to bump your stuff but there is no need to bump 5 pages worth of others stuff.

The mods have decided to stay on top of clening up the site and gettin on the rules and in forcing them.
