    anybody able to give me more info on how much and how i go about them i already have plates and my car just turned 20 years so i am able to get them

      just go to the dmv with a few dollars and your plates and tell them you want to switch to classic plates dont believe the hype it doesnt change anything until the car is 25 years old then your exempt from emissions ..i had a 88 caddy
