ok, I'm getting tired of people here thinking that they can unload their junk to other people and fu@ck them over.....


AS OF TODAY, ANYONE HERE TRYING TO SCAMM ANYONE FOR ANYTHING WILL BE BANNED FOR LIFE.

Of course there must be proof that a scamm has happened and not just someone trying to get someone banned for other reasons.

I will be posting more info on this after I discuss this with admin.

i think the site should not hold any responsibility on buyer/seller situations, people are smart enough to know what they are getting and if not then they should bring somebody who is. the site should only be here for people to post up things for sale but we as a site should not be the ones to play "cop" and make sure people dont get scammed. If you go to buy something check that shit up and down before you hand over money and if you dont feel its something that you wanted then you can walk away and not pay. People will then feel that its our responsibility to either get their money back or their "right" parts. Yea you can ban that person but that still wont really resolve anything. thats just my .02

well start with "jdm racing" he traded my bro a bad ls motor, and lied about t having a act clutch. Just didn't make a thread because that wouldn't get us anywhere. but i'd agree with rla_em2. by you banning him it's like you taking responsibility.I think we should have good/bad seller rep in each members profiles.

I'm wit you on this Johnny. It's just like buying something off of Ebay, you dont buy shit off of someone that has Little to No Feedback, or Bad Feedback. Do research on the Person your buying from, & always research what your buying(Example: Dont buy a "GSR" Tranny just cause the Case has a S80 Sticker on it) People get caught up in the moment & Dont inspect or whatever until it's too late. Not that I'm tryin to promote the sale of bad parts, it's just, dont buy something, then pass the buck because you dont want to take responsibility for Buying bunk parts/cars.

Just check the Buyer/Seller Feedback area of the Forum, & do your research. Good/Honest Sellers fight for a Good Reputation, because it will always pay off in the long run. (Example: Good Sellers dont try to get rich off of 1 part sale, they sell parts at reasonable prices, & make more money just due to the Volume of sales). After people realize your a Good Seller, you become the "Go-To Guy"

yea. but you put it so when the member leaves the feedback, they have to enter the url link, and it shows who the member is who left the feed back. So if it came down to it. A mod could investigate a lil bit and remove the negative/ positive feedback if needed.
