Converted the car to OBD1. Too much of a hassle to swap everything back to just do emissions.

It's a obd2 car so converting it to obd1 will not pass emissions put the car back to obd2 an you'll be fine

If you put a obd1 swap in it you have to get jumper harnesses or put all obd2 sensors an throttle body an intake mani to make it work on obd2
