Title help plzzz asap

Does anybody no how to get a title baq in this situation.

My father had a jeep registered years ago. They stole both his plates n wen he went to dmv to report it they told him to bring in his title. Long story short they ended up keepin his title for god knows wat reason. N this was years ago but hes trynna see how he can get the title baq and info anybody?

if the truck wuz last regy on hes name he dont need title

#1 to reregister all he need is hes ID cuz he wuz last regy

#2 to sell get a lost title paper form fill in info and go to tonw hall to get notorise thas just like a title

#3 or go to Wetherfield DMV they will print u 1 but is like a 4hr wait
