Do the lips have clear on them or not?...

If you started with 120 you will want to move up to 220 next. Like heartagram said, make sure you have all the pits, scratches, imperfections out now. With 220 your main goal is to get the scratches that teh 120 put in the metal out. After 220 i move to 400 wetsand. Same goal, get all teh scratches the 220 made out. THis will be your goal from now on. After 400 go to 600-800-1000-1500-2000, after that you should be able to look at teh wheel at an angle and see a reflection. If you have a table top buffer or anything of the sort this is the time to use it. I normally go with tripoli, then white rouge. After that i polish it with mothers aluminum polish. Comes out like a mirror.

Thanks bro didn't think it involved that many stages of sanding kind of making me nervous might keep them the way they are seeing as their pretty fresh. Any recommendations for adapters?
