Only way to tell is to take it apart. Exteriors are identical on the newer BOV's. But the insides tell the story.

Def fake but call Hks and ask them for the markings that's what I do before I order off ebay to make sure shit is legit..

I think the casting marks on the outer shell in the 5th pic really look cheap and make me feel like it is a knockoff.
