my seat keeps stabbing me !!! help

one day i get outta my car (ej1 w/t stock seats)and some metal piece stabs the shit outta me..its as if the cushion moved and there is just metal poking outta my seat and its close to puttin a rip in my seat which i wont be happy about..anyone have this problem or know how to fix it ???

Happened to me the metal frame inside snapped and half my seat was leaning back and the metal was stabbing me in the back just get new seats
