you'll get sick of the whistle its annoying i had the HKS ssq and it annoyed the ************ out of me the greddy type RS does'nt sound bad i had that last year and it was ok

i've used the SSQV (really ************in loud), Greddy Type S(gets annoying) my boy uses the turbosmart dual and my other friend the turboxs type H ... i really prefer the sound of the Sard R2D2 and the Tial more than anything else... so when im done turboing my project.. its gonna be either the sard or tial.. i highly recommend the HKS racing bov to ppl running more than 26psi

I love my Type-S.
You just need to spend time adjusting it to where it sounds perfect.

I want to switch out for a Tial now.
Its about time...
Type-S for 3 years now. Time for a change.

The BOV in the Vid is either a Greddy Type-H, a Turbo XS RFL, a Tial, or a HKS SSQV with the circle insert that doesnt make the whistle sound.

Either way, the sound you heard was flutter caused by the BOV not being able to open fast enough.
