thats the sad thing about it is that they are fucking kids and the court system will most likely be lenient on them im black and never been to the D.R but from videos ive seen from the internet and things ive heard i guarantee if we treated thieves here the way they treat thieves out there we would be able to sleep at nights without worrying about our vehicles.
