Legal sht question

So yesterday I bought a Dodge Ram and on my way home I got pulled over... State trooper ask me for my paper and I told him the truth and everything and of what car the plate I was using was (was using my Civic plate {i know im stupid}) so he told me ''ok at least you know why im pulling you''...

I gave him Bill of sale and all the proof that the truck was bought minutes ago and he gave me a chance but the truck had to be towed...

he gave me a fix or whatever you call it warning/ticket that I have to go to court with the truck registered and insured the 13 of this month and my record will be clean without tickets or nothing...

the towing place have my truck and guy told me if I dont pick up the truck fast the impound charges could pile up fast... I dont have court till the 13th... those are few days the truck gonna be there

question... Can I get m truck out before the court date? like If I get a dolly to pull it out of there or something?

also if someone knows the guy from Black Rock Towing in Fairfield ave and can give me a hand it would be HIGHLY appreciated

usually you will need to get it insured and regi to get it out but call and talk to them. they might let you take it out if its towed and you have a driveway or garage

I do have a garage and a big driveway... and DMV doesnt open till tuesday

U can get the car towed home so there is no storage charges...or if u got connections in local shops or deaalerships borrow a dealerplate n drive it home

I do have someone with Dealer plates... my old job the guy is cool with me and I think he can let me borrow the plates...

You can get it out if abotger tow truck tows it out but they shouldve towed it to your house

It all depends on the towing yard. Some places will work with you but some are assholes. Some tow yards will allow you to drive it away or tow it away. Some will force you to get it register and insured before leaving their yard. Hopefully the state trooper didn't put a hold on the vehicle.meaning that they can't release it until it's properly registered n insured.

they towed my boys car he paid a little less then $175 and we got it out with the dealer plate
