another Emission thread

so my S2K Emission came in but for my luck im going to do the clutch of the car and I cant take the car to emission center right now... emission was due 7/7/12 so they gave me 30 days extra so I have till 8/7/12...

my car wont be done by that date because im doing more stuff to it and the CEL light will be on for some time...

anyway I can extend or do something for more time...

another option is pay extra for it.. you know what I mean...

any advice will be useful

Just take it on that day and fail. You'll get another 30 days and a free retake

cant move the car papa lol it runs but the clutch is slipping badly... already took it there and failed... and my next due date is 8/7/12...

try calling the DMV first thing in the morning i dont see why they wouldnt be able to extent the date just tell them your situation im sure they would try to help you out than remove your registration ya know? doesn't always hurt to try!
