I have a EG honda civic that failed both the Hydrocarbons and Carbon Monoxide part of the emissions testing. The Emissions limit on Hydrocarbons test is 188ppm, my results came out at 342 ppm. The limit on % for Carbon monoxide is 1.00%, however my results came in at 7.37%. How can i fix this? I did a full tune up on the vehicle before the emissions. SUGGESTIONS WELCOME!!
