Take it straight to Lexus/Toyota. I use to own a BMW and I got a key programmed for free.

I lost the master key so Lexus wants me to buy a ECU and 2 keys they will not reflash the computer. If someone knows a good locksmith that is affordable please give me his name/number. Or someone who works for Lexus/Toyota that will take the side job.
