its not when u register a car you get sent a new title the previous title number might be there but the number of the one that gets sent with your name isn't go to DMV and fill out a lost title form its like fifty bucks n goes to the last person who registered the car

no because u fill out the registration and then they send u the title which has a new number

if u regasterd da car go 2 motor vecale with 30 dollers and tell them u lost ur title and they will give u one on da spot
