Ok so another day that freakin allstate don't come see the car...I'm about to get an attorney and sue their asses...I'm super pissed right now..

so they gave me a check for 1279.00 for the damages...minus 500.00 deductibe..=( they suck..

Don't cash it. Go to a Honda dealer and get an estimate for the damage. Then argue with them, that they didn't give you enough. Worked for me before.
