As for Blackberrys, that wont happen anytime soon..
Iphone app i just finished its just waiting for launch on app store.

But as for notifications goes, for now the only option close to what you want is to get a email notification sent to your phone.

The apple one i still havnt submitted to apple.. It will be done soon but there will be a fee for it
