anyone cut vinyl?

im looking for someone who can cut these for me.im trying to restore some wheels and all i need now is the vinyl.


need the oz sticker (on the spoke) its 3.5" long and 1.5" tall(including the 2 stripes underneath) i need 4 of them in lime green if possible.
