Windshield Tint!?

I want to get 50% or 75% (If that even exist) windshield tint on my 09 Impala but every where I went today kept telling that they wouldn't do it cause is illegal blah blah.... so i'm looking for a professional that would do this for me (cheap too, lol) in the Meriden area or so.... post here or PM me would like to do this today or Sunday.
