LVD slicks

so i see people running slicks on street nights at Lebanon valley when they say not slicks on wednesdays, do they just not care if your just going for test and tune?

I ran my car at lvd on Wednesday test and tune and on Friday with slicks they didn't say anything. Its a track your suspose to use slicks.
