not all mods can perform the same action there limitations depending on how they set up mod abilitys. also you will see certain mods on at different times because of work schedule's that was done to reduce spam on the site which people also had a problem with. so at this point i think people should learn to look at it i a whole different way it's to better things for everyone unless you would rather have a large amount of spam which has reduced drastically.
