Spray on Adhesive, let it dry a bit before u stick it on, so it doesnt seem through the fabric.

also get some glue too so u can clue the so u can glue the door armrest back on too

Iv done the doors and I wouldn't do them again it's a pain to get back together cause what holds them in place is melted plastic studs and when u break them you have to ghetto rig either screws or rivets to hold it back on... Looked great but wouldn't do it again.. But good luck...
