i would try to google him or maybe he is in the ct phone book.....u know wut...its funny but i just thought about this....try the good old fashion way...write him a letter explaining your problem and what you need him to do and that your willing to pay him and put all your contact info.....think about it all u have is his name and address so its your best shot! Idk I think people forget about snail mail becus everything is modern now....lol
