i got 150,000 on my EM2 auto fuk yeah its slow but i could care less about that i get good gas mileage and its the nicest looking civic in my opinion. the 01-03 had serious tranny problems the 04-05 not so much and yes you can easily swap it to stick.

Well my buddy got a 04 civic like the one u wanna trade for ...his is manual with rsx leather seats lowering springs and other goodies...niceguy doing his tranny right now ..car only have 94k I believe...in my opinion it needs some new paint..if looking for 5 speed instead of auto ill let him know...BTW ac is icy cold LOL...ur car right now its fresh so it up to u to make da decision ..good luck bro
