it's a ITR-X. Its a legit Integra Type R. However when purchased from the deal back in 00. You had the option of the b18c5 or the d16c5. Everyone went with the b18c5 for the more power. However some people went for the d16c5. Which is actually rarer/more money then a b18c5. If you look closer you can see it has 5 lug,

I have seen the d16c5 because I used to own two of them overseas. It's not a bad running single. Frank got lucky with that car
