I doubt he can legally stop you and the cop wasn't a witness to the infraction. So it should be thrown out hope you plead not guilty

Good to know... that sucks cuz in that waiting time i can get another ticket for the same crap.....

got a ticket for muffler and my car isnt even loud... cops only wanted a reason to fuck me over.... cops looks even inside my car, tints, plates, wheels, tires to see if they could get me for something... at the end.. he askd me if that was my stock exhaust.. i said no and he said.. ok there you have a ticket... i was like WTF?
