96-98 go sir front w/ the jdm clear headlights or get a ctr lip w/ gunmetal headlights. 99-00 usdm, get a em1/ctr lip. keep the stock headlights or go ctr with the gunmental.

i like the older front with fogs better plus it has a smaller compact look. i hate that everyone wants the 00 front and the worse part is a lot of people only convert to jump on the you know like its a wuts in type of thing instead of doing wut they like...the same goes for teggys i prefer the older front! lol
