yeah dude your idenity was stolen, either hacked or someone went dumpster diving for some shit you forgot to rip up. you cant do anything unless you can prove you did not go out of the country etc, which is nearly impossible. thats why you never do banking online or auto bill paying, you always get fucked in the end.
