So i had some $$ on my bank account.. I was saving to make some exteriors changes to my Ricer (wheels, Lip, paint [again] etc etc)

I went to a Chase cash drawer to get everything ready and guess wut.. my money wasnt there... first that came to my mind was...''oh that must be that my bills came in earlier or something'' (always positive and i have all my bills linked to my acc.. i dont pay sht everything gets paid automatically) but all my bills together go up to $950-1G so went home and got into my computer to see my statement.... BAM... no bills... just some receipts from Paris? Amsterdam? Dublin? all those shitty Hotel places in Europe i was like

went to my bank and they told me they cant do sht YET bcuz they have to wait for an investigation... so i told them imma do something with a lawyer bcuz thats stealing from my private bank accounts and they told me i cant do nothing... thats a matter that only the bank can fix with those places.. im like LOLQUECABRON?.. So i went to my moms layer and no... i cant do sht... when u sign in the contract it says all that crap... wich i didnt read.. who does?

bottom line and after all that shitty write up.. im stuck with 8.97$ in my card and 5$ i have in my pocket.... no noe know how the got my info and possibly could be a account mixture...

for me bye bye chase.. im going to Peoples bank or another shitty bank... idk.. im just frustrated

I know... basically they fkd up all my plans... oh another think.. my insurance had to be out the 26 of this month (yesterday) i told em.. if they take away my insurance bcuz of this .. trust me.. imma find a way to deal with you and what happened here... they paid my insurance and they gonna take it out of my account when they get my money back...

yesterday was my last payment of insurance of 420$.. after this payment it came down to 335$

Damn sorry to hear bro but I opened one account a long time ago and when I figured out I was getting charged for them storing and lending my cash I closed the account and never had another one scince fuk that get a credit union account i have one with wifey witch is a private one through her job that's it nothing else. I trust no banks with all the hidden fees and bullshit keep on top of them till something happens bro and g/l

Dammm that sux. I had mad money taken from me to twice on some bs. A total of around that but luckily my bank (bank of America) took care of it and eventually got my money back but it took a few months. But bank of America usually get ur money back from the ppl I talked to. Gl tho

yezzir he speaks the truth. I had my bank account wiped out on my bday one time. Got a phone call from the bank saying they found a shitload of charges from the uk on my card. Had to wait a few days but nothing like the hassle that this kid has to go through. Open up another bank account with bank of america asap homey. They will probably give you your money back but you will be waiting a while.

I work at peoples bank and whenever you file a fraud claim we give you the money back provisionally 24 hours after the claim is received. Thats what FDIC is for. Hit me up if you decide to switch.

I work at Wells Fagro and we would give you provisional credit the same day you put in the dispute, and then just carry on with the investigation. I guess Chase does it the other way around. It's up the the banks discretion I guess. Thats pretty shitty though.

Fuck chase. My girl is always getting hit up with all those dam hidden fees. Peoples bank isn't the greatest either. I would say to go to bank of America. Haven't heard of anyone around me complaining about them.
