Let me chime in real quick. For anyone who considers pacman a steroid user is completely wrong. He declined taking the blood test because of many beliefs and factors back in my country and religion. I'm actually from the same country as pacman and from my knowledge, losing a drip of blood is like losing your strength and power. Declining to take the blood test did cause a huge controversy about pacman but if I can recall, Freddy roach said pacman is willing to take the blood test wether he wins or lose. When mayweather discovered that, he started to dodge pacmans promoters and turns out to become a fight that will never happen. Pacman now is a huge movie star, fail singer, congressman, etc back in my country and if I can remember he wants to quit boxing and continue in entertainment. Now for all of you that assume stuff and hear from someone about this or that about pacman, get your sources up first. Now back to the op's thread!

ok i understand whau u saying bro but the olimpic style testing will keep in count his red blood cells and this is what the paquiao camp dint want and the test that freedy was saying would of not detect that because is one test before the fight and another one after the fight the test that mayweather requested it would of been done thru out the week coming into the fight almost like twice a week for a couple of weeks even up to 2 to 3 day before the fight and just remember mayweather was going to do the same testing so if you belive that losing blood will get you weaker then they both would of lost the same amount of blood putting them in the same boat
