There's actually no way for it to be "legal" which is why it isn't but it is decriminalized. Because if they were to legalize it they'd want to tax sales of it, and selling it as an individual on the street etc I'm sure would still be illegal. Due to the fact that people would be selling it on the streets which would be illegal for not taxing. So either way its gunna be illegal but who really gives a fuck lol. People should worry about all these murders and REAL drugs not a little weed.
