  • is a type s worth it?

is a rsx type s worth the money... im considering buying one before the end of the year, and read up about the tranny problems, especially in the older models, but nonetheless in all models... according to clubrsx n other read comments, but if anyones owned one, how was the experience... thanks.

Ive driven 2 and both never had problems with any grinding. One was near stock and was pretty fun to drive, the other was turbo charged and experienced a world of problems.

All cars have their weak points, I dont think modding would be that fun and unique if they didnt, just know what you have to tackle before dumping an insane amount of money in other areas that will end up breaking it.

Well when I had my rsx s I blew the diff bought a tranny from a junk yard swapped the diffs and told them it grinded so I got a refund and returned them a tranny with a blown diff in it. Other then that it ran like a baby, after that I got solid mounts which fixed the wheel hop
