inspection ticket

my other thread didnt give me tha kinda input i was lookin for so here is my question...can i bring my car to a shop around and have it checked out by a lisenced repair person and have them check out my headlight n then have that person fill out tha pink paper so i can bring tha parper back to tha dmv n be fine bc i dont want to take it thru the dmv inspection in wethersfield and also i wanna kno if they would charge me for this im pretty sure somebody has been thru this on here

i doubt that. last time i had to go to the dmv i dont think any other place is allow to sign that inspection warning. i had to go for my windshield he checkd my hole car ended up goin back for signals. muffler and car bein low

nothing will happen. dmv is not emisions. as long as u have stock muffler they wont fvck wit u. jst dont go there revving ur motor like u in the races

yup same here...i had to do to weatherfield for my tints then he gave another inspection warning cuz my reverse light didnt work and my muffler was to loud had to put tha stock one back on

u wont get a ticket. if that happens he jst gives u another 30 days to fix watever and bring it back if u to bring it back they will cancel ur plates

I've gotten 3 of those pink slips/warning to get my car inspected and i had a bodyshop around my way sign off saying i removed the tint off my windshield and im fine. my registration hasnt been canceled or suspended, everything has been fine.
