i need to kinow if i can register a car that was from Mass here in Ct? does mass issue a title? i just bought a car and he said they dont give the titles out there! :/ what can i do?/

mass does have titles but depending on the year of car sometimes u dont

mass deff. gives titles doesn't matter what year it is .that's only rhode island that does that .

what year is the car, if the car is older than 10 years old you dont need a title to get reggie had a 92 from VT and i had a bill of sale with the Vin. miles all i had to do was fill out the reggie form call the dmv and they can walk you throw it bro

Not sure how strict ct is, but ri or ma dont need titles for cars 10yrs plus anymore.
