I need a "Friendly" Emissions center

I'm about to buy a civic that I know for sure won't pass emissions and don't have time / money to fix it. Anyone know a good emissions spot in CT?

wat year civic cause if its a ef ur good cause u can register it as a classic and dont have 2 worry bout emissions or if u know somebody wit the same color civic u can use that thats wat my boy did went and failde emissions the first time waited like a week went back wit his cousins car just switched the plates cause when u go for a retest they just go off the paper they scan the barcode on the paper and do the test

damn. 2000 is tough cuz it plugs in. Best bet is to find someone you know who works at one. And go with the same car as yours but stock. And have em run it thru with your vin acting like it's your car. That way works everytime.
