    welcome back man, good luck with the job search. i wouldn't recommend lying on your resume and saying you don't have a felony- like someone else suggested. that way if you get a job, and they find out...you get fired.

    just be up front and honest. people make mistakes, or are in the wrong place/wrong time.

    first thing i'd do is put a resume together for potential interviews. they're nice to have.
