        should be good to go, just has to go through inspection i believe since its an out of state car.

              if it already has a US title then it wont be a problem because previous owner(s) already did what they had to do to make it legal in the US.

                  no because you have a title already out of country rhd cars (jdm) have a different vin number so they are harder to reg in the states you are converting a usa car so you have the right vin in the car.

                  only issue you can come across if the wrong dash vin if you dont put the oig vin on the rhd dash cops can bust balls for that.

                    Im just wondering cause i know i have to go to emmissions and it has a B18C with a p28 computer its not gonna pass therefore i dont think ill get a CT title

                        You don't have to pass to register. Just not supposed to drive it after the time they give you to come back unless you pass. They require the test to title a car because it also serves as the vin check. Just make sure the bin on the dash marches the title and other parts of the car and your good.
