CT Salvage title help!

i have been threw it many time i work for a used car dealer and just cuz it passed out of state inspection dont mean it will good for CT but good luck man. it will need to pass a ct inspection.

I called nj dmv to as what the printed "S" means they its a rebuilt/reconstructed title not salvage... so i call CT dmv saying i brought a car from nj with a rebuilt title they said the only thing i have to go tru is emmisions.... i really want this car

do it...my parents buy rebuilt cars all the time from NJ....their x3 was stolen too had a rebuilt title..went through the steps..no problems...
