I actualy did ask a cop, back in highschool me an a couple friends asked the school officer(real cop). He printed us out 40 something pages of stuff that cars had to have/ cant have. Nowhere did it say you have to have a hood, but you need windsheild washing fluid sprayers. So if there mounted on your hood then you can get a ticket for that.

no law on it i got a ticket back when i had my gold hatch and i fought it and they threw that part of the ticket out because there is nothing says you can have hood. but the other shit they got me on was still stnding... like the rest of them said it is just a reason for the cops to pull you over and bust you ass
