you guys may not have a corporate career, but i do. im sure others have a professional job as well. i shouldn't have to scroll through avatars and be careful of the positioning i have to view posts in so I don't lose my job.

we have an 18 and over section for a reason. we need this to be a work safe environment.

listen, i don't bust people's balls when they talk about shooting people and waiting outside with a burner for people who try and steal their cars. do me the favor of keeping it work safe.

also, like testify mentioned, this is a privately owned website. admin can do anything he wants, if you don't like it here, nobody is forcing you to stay.

rather than just go and change people's avatars, or call people out by name (it's more than just ls/vtec who have things like this), i'd rather just give the members the opportunity to be respectful and change it to something that won't potentially get people fired.

Work is really not the only issue. If I'm sitting in Starbucks surfing CTvTEC I don't want people walking by and thinking I'm looking at porn. Its inapropriate. Its one thing to have a thread that is clearly labelled NSFW, I just won't click on it, problem solved. But when its in the avatars, its unavoidable.

Its not like we haven't seen pictures of a naked woman before, some of us have even seen the real thing! There is no need to show us that you've found a picture of a naked woman on the internet. We know their out there. We all know how to use the google machine.

I work for an IT solutions company, in an office with about 120 people.

of course i'm not supposed to be on ctvtec at work, i'm pretty sure nobody is SUPPOSED to be on here at work.

however, i don't catch any flak for being on here at work. my chances of catching flak or getting fired are greatly heightened if someone walks by and sees tits on my screen.
