im stuck, idk what to do now lol I have a 1996 civic ex coupe and im trying to change my wheel studs in the front but its looking like i might have to take off the whole axel idk wut to do can any body help?? anything would be great has any body done this

if its your fronts, just take out the brake disk and caliper, put them to the side, and bang out the studs,

it is my front brakes but the prob is studs wont back out cuz theres that big round peice thats blocing the studs from coming out all the way around

Im almost sure u have the remove the hub an the re press it back in

Cut a piece out of your dust shield off then bang them out one at a time lol nahh don't do that

you have to shave some of the hub from behind the studs, not too much but just enough to get the stud to get in and out, dont try to angle the stud when putting the new ones in or youll just mess up the treads on the new ones, so find like a small grinder of some sort and grind down just enough to have space to bang it out with out having to angle the stud, i jus replaced my studs last week and i did the same exact thing...

haha i didn't snap em but i have been riding on only two since i left waterbury lolz so i just changed em b4 anything bad happend lol
