I was at DMV today and picked up the H-6b form and a bill of sale forum. The lady there told me all I have to do is fill out sections 1-3 and same as the buyer and then after all that is filled out, I would have to go to town hall or a bank to get the (h-6b) form notarized and from there go back to dmv (both buyer & seller) and from there they will help you further. And the buyer has to have insurance on the car they are buying from you, and drivers license for ID. Other then that, thats all they told me and easy as 1,2,3.
