i say neither.... i see 400 sets of black with red lip wheels drive by weekly at my shop..... get a color that stands out. id rock the 1# rota rb look, with a eye candy color. black with red lip is like a kmart bluelight special.

+1...if they are going on your gold accord you cant possibly want black&red rims hahah...but hopefully you are going with a diff color or diff car than in your sig so i'd go #1
